After submitting your application online, you will be asked to...

Fax, mail, or e-mail a copy of each truck's IRP registration cab card to NORPASS. Contact information will be provided on the following page.
If purchasing one or more transponders, mail a check or money order (payable to the University of Kentucky) to NORPASS (US$45 per transponder for non-KY-residents, US$47.70 per transponder for KY-residents). Applicants enrolling a Green Light or Bestpass transponder do not need to purchase a NORPASS transponder or send in payment. If you have transponders issued by PrePass, you may be prohibited (by PrePass) from enrolling those transponders in any other program. Check your PrePass membership agreement or call the PrePass Service Center before attempting to enroll a PrePass transponder in NORPASS.
